When Adidas Canada and Footlocker teamed up to curate their first Emancipation Day brunch calling for local Caribbean influencers to come to break bread with one another, they looked towards the agency and my client, True To Size, for guidance and planning.

Crafting the Brand
This immersive event took place in Toronto on the rooftop of a black-owned hostel, Ode. The event entertained its guests with live music, on-site t-shirt screen printing, Adidas swag, and a 4-course meal that focused on the Caribbean culture of the area. The logo I created for the event highlighted the upscale vibe it had to offer, with hand lettering and serif font that spoke to the occasion.
Bringing it to Life
The versatility of the logo I created made it easy to place on the event boards, menus, t-shirts, banners, and social recaps. The event was a magical day that cultivated a group of individuals making things shake in the community and thanks to the expertise of True To Size CEO, Jazerai Allen-Lord, it was a huge success and a brunch to remember.
